About The Role
We are seeking a capable and motivated Assistant Coordinator to join our team at YMCA Logan Village Outside School Hours Care on a permanent part time basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Coordinator with day-to-day operations, lead programming, and help guide a passionate team in delivering safe, fun, and enriching care for children.

What You’ll Do
Support the daily running of the serviceAssist with child-led, play-based programmingProvide guidance to educators and support staffing needsMaintain compliance and support administration processesEngage positively with children, families, schools and the local community
What You’ll Bring
A Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC or Teaching qualification (or studying towards)Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and administrationStrong communication and customer service skillsA valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all childrenFamiliarity with the National Quality Framework
