This is a senior pre-construction design role responsible for developing complete, buildable architectural exterior solutions during the tender and pre-award phase.
A minimum of 12+ years of façade design experience is required.
You will take ownership of projects from initial enquiry or tender release and develop fully resolved façade designs, including system selection, detailed documentation, fixing strategies, structural interface resolution and installation methodology. You will be expected to drive optimal design outcomes that improve constructability, cost efficiency and installation performance.
Working alongside Technical Managers and Engineering, you will shape the technical strategy of each opportunity, ensuring solutions are compliant, commercially aligned and ready for seamless transition into delivery.
Essential experience across curtain wall, cladding, glazing, structural glazing and rainscreen systems is required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent design platforms is required.
Australian construction industry experience is mandatory.
This role requires initiative, disciplined technical judgement, advanced constructability thinking and a clear understanding of how façade systems move from concept through to installation.
