What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Clinical Manager within home care, aged care, or community care settings
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Solid understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirements
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
* Must be currently residing locally or within close proximity to Townsville
* Available to commence as soon as possible
