The Role:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring sales and service objectives are achieved while maintaining a high-performance culture. You'll lead and mentor a dedicated team, manage financial and operational performance, and ensure the store delivers an exceptional customer experience in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and service professionals
* Drive sales growth and deliver against key performance targets
* Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation
* Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures

About You:
* Proven experience as a Assistant Manager within the automotive, retail, or related sector
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
* Excellent commercial acumen with a results-driven approach
* Solid understanding of automotive products, parts, or services (advantageous)
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency
