One of the ways we achieve this is through our Employee Diversity Network Groups (EDNGs). To be successful in this role, you will need analytical thinking and the ability to translate data insights into business benefits. You will also need the ability to analyse and interpret financial data and present it in a logical and consumable manner.

You would be an ideal fit if you've worked as an analyst for 1-2 years within financial services and have a passion for mathematics, analytics or similar. Some experience using programming languages like SAS, SQL, VBA, R, Python, etc would certainly be beneficial.
