The Role:
You will be part of the successful leadership and management of the StyleColab boutique in Hawthorn. Working with the StyleColab team, you will assist in overseeing in-store sales and operations, ensuring its customers and consignors receive exceptional customer service whilst maintaining the highest level of store standards.
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual for a fast-growing business with a love of preloved designer fashion, style and supporting our growing community.
You will be responsible for representing StyleColab's values and upholding its policies and procedures instore and across your team. This role is great for an experienced manager/leader or someone eager for the next step in their leadership and entrepreneurial journey.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with the management team to oversee sales, business administration and operations
- Provide a high level of customer personal styling and excellent consignor management experience
- Showcase your visual merchandising skills and standards
- Support social media, marketing and styling activities
- Lead, mentor, train and support the team
- Business performance reporting and delivering on KPI's
- Support and contribute to business growth and improvement of the business
- Ensure Stylecolab's values, policies and procedures are maintained and improved where required
Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in fashion retail management (min 1 year), or fashion styling and a passion for creating authentic customer and consignor relationships
- Elevated personal style, confident, and excellent communication and presentation skills
- A passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Forward thinking, ability to multitask and demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain store and merchandising standards
- Ability to support brand, marketing initiatives, promotions and events
- Be knowledgeable of International and Australian fashion and design trends, and have a genuine personal interest in luxury designers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Full training on the system, consignment and business processes will be provided.
