Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor blending and batching equipment to ensure consistency and quality
Follow recipes, production schedules, and safety standards in a distillery environment
Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients
Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards in all production areas
Collaborate with the Brewer, QA, Production Technician, and Supervisor to achieve daily production goals
Complete batch documentation and follow all compliance and safety procedures
Key Requirements
Previous experience in beverage blending, batching, or machine operation is essential
Experience within alcohol, distillery, or food manufacturing environments highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused work ethic
Ability to work effectively within a small, fast-paced team
