People & Culture Coordinator role at Data#3

What you'll be doing
* Take ownership of admin and coordination tasks sent to you by the P&C team, prioritising and completing them efficiently.
* Coordinate administration across the entire employee journey from onboarding and contracts through to parental leave, visa sponsorship, compliance, and offboarding.
* Keep our employee records accurate and up to date.
* Support key people initiatives, including wellbeing programs, learning experiences, and leadership capability.
* Provide coordination support to our Chief People Officer and the wider P&C team.
About you
* We're looking for someone who's as passionate about people as we are. You'll bring:
* Previous admin or HR/P&C experience.
* A positive, can-do attitude and plenty of initiative.
* Strong organisational skills (you love juggling competing priorities).
* Great communication skills you're confident connecting with people at all levels.
* Tech-savviness, especially with Office 365 (HRIS experience is a bonus)
