Offer description

The primary role of a Receptionist / Showroom Consultant is to assist and support sales staff, provide quality customer service, provide support in administration duties and ensure all customers either on the phone or in store are given the very best of service.

We are missing someone to,
* Meet and greet customers in the Showroom.

* Make appointments for in-home consultations.

* Consult customers on product, colour, design and associated services.

* Accept payments via Credit Card etc and process GEM interest free applications.

* Maintain store presentation inside and out.

* Keep pricing and sampling up to date and accurate.

* Assist and support our sales staff with administrative duties during the quotation and sales process.

It would be great if you could,

Be experienced in general office procedures, computer literate, understand Microsoft software especially Outlook.

Have a professional bright telephone manner and be happy to wear a supplied company uniform.

Be organised and be able to work without constant supervision.

Have the ability to show initiative, enthusiasm and be punctual.

Be physically able to re locate, unpack and dispose of showroom sampling and stock.

Not be afraid to assist in other roles of the business.

If you have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, have great computer skills a bright and friendly telephone manner and enjoy a varied day we would like to meet you!

Experience in the floor or window coverings industry would be advantageous, however we are happy to provide full training to the right applicant. Junior applicants are encouraged to apply as are people with years of experience!

Apologies only permanent residents (no 88 days) will be considered as there is a significant amount of training provided.
