Job Description We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Travel Product & Contracting Manager to take ownership of supplier partnerships and play a key role in shaping a compelling, competitive travel portfolio. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves negotiating, building strong supplier relationships and turning great product into real commercial results. You'll sit at the centre of product strategy, supplier management and sales performance - driving growth across the business. Key Responsibilities * Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key travel suppliers and strategic partners * Negotiate, manage and optimise contracts and commercial agreements to deliver maximum value * Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure commercial targets and commitments are achieved * Develop clear, strategic business plans with partners outlining objectives, growth opportunities and KPIs * Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive revenue * Identify, evaluate and recommend new travel partners that enhance the product offering and customer value * Stay across market trends to ensure the product remains competitive, relevant and exciting About You * Proven experience in travel product, contracting or negotiations, ideally within a tour operator or wholesaler * Strong commercial acumen with confident negotiation and contract management skills * Excellent communicator with the ability to build influence and credibility at all levels * Confident presenter with strong stakeholder engagement skills * Solid understanding of travel market trends, product positioning and customer demand * Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into action * Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and works well autonomously The Package * Competitive salary circa $80k - $85k Super * Genuine opportunities for professional development and career progression * Supportive, collaborative and high-energy team culture * Travel discounts, perks and industry benefits Interested?
