Job Title:
A Sample Logistics Coordinator position has become available in a state-of-the-art facility.
* This role requires the accurate and efficient handling of clinical and preclinical samples, with regular communication to internal teams and resolution of sample queries.
* The successful candidate will prepare samples for analysis, assist with outgoing shipments and disposals, perform basic quality control checks, and maintain a lab environment that is organised, clean, and safe.
* As a key member of the logistics team, you will contribute to the success of clinical and non-clinical programs across the APAC region, the US, and Europe.
About this Role:
To be successful in this position, you must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or have valid working rights in Australia. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of sample logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare samples for analysis, including processing, labeling and storing.
* Assist with the coordination of outgoing shipments and disposals, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
* Perform basic quality control checks on samples, identifying any issues or discrepancies.
* Maintain a clean and organised lab environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
* You will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Experience in laboratory settings is highly desirable, particularly in roles involving sample handling and management.
* You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
* It is essential that you are highly organised, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
