This position requires a highly skilled Talent Acquisition professional with business partnering capability and exposure to dynamic, high volume recruitment environments.
About the Role:
This is a 12-month, part-time contract for a dedicated Recruitment professional to drive and deliver recruitment across our division.
You will work within an established talent acquisition strategy to coordinate recruitment processes, acting as a trusted advisor within the team and to stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Hiring Managers through the recruitment process for our work across Australia, and work closely with them to understand key objectives and challenges of their vacancies
* Ensure recruitment strategies are tailored to the specific needs and challenges of our division, including regional and remote recruitment
* Efficiently utilise our Applicant Tracking System, and contribute to continuous improvement of this platform and other elements of our stack
* Respond to demand for increased support from Recruitment, occasionally providing end-to-end recruitment when needed (e.g. for bulk recruitment projects)
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in internal talent acquisition
* Strong prioritisation, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a large number of active requisitions at any given time
* Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and ability to build relationships with multiple, diverse stakeholders
* Experience in carrying out talent acquisition reporting and analytics, and proven ability to use this data to improve recruitment strategies
* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
