Seeking a Motivated Recruitment Specialist
Munster Services Group is recruiting an ambitious recruitment specialist to attract and retain skilled professionals in the industry.
This role involves sourcing, onboarding and retaining talented individuals for various operations across the country.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and site-based roles
* Advertise job openings, screen applicants, conduct interviews and manage reference checks
* Build talent pipelines for upcoming projects and maintenance works
* Maintain strong relationships with industry networks
* Coordinate onboarding, inductions, pre-employment checks and compliance documentation
* Support HR processes including contracts, training records, performance and general employee queries
* Support Return To Work Plans & Co-ordination
* Assist with workforce planning and forecasting recruitment needs
* Represent Munster professionally in all candidate interactions
* Maintain accurate recruitment data in internal systems
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience working with trades, labour or construction/engineering personnel
* Strong communication skills and ability to connect with candidates
* Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and speed
* Good understanding of HR processes, compliance and onboarding requirements
* Ability to prioritise, stay organised and meet deadlines
* Confident, professional and people-focused approach
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience in water, wastewater, utilities, civil or industrial sectors
* Understanding of safety, licences and trade qualifications
* HR qualifications or related training
