We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our high-performing Sales Team as the WA Account Manager.
This role will collaboratively work with internal and external stakeholders to grow Force and our customer's businesses mutually and profitably, achieving set targets, bringing the strategy to life through outstanding collaboration, planning (including S&OP) and brilliant execution.
About the Role:
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to build a comprehensive and agreed channel development strategy, aligned to the overarching channel strategies and plan
Work collaboratively with our internal (private brands) and external (partner brands) representatives to ensure we jointly plan, present, and represent each brand in the agreed way to drive brand building and deliver key performance measures
Establish close, productive, and professional relationships with each customer and potential new customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty of active accounts
Take ownership & drive the implementation of the plans, effectively executing each component to deliver mutual and profitable growth
Continuously identify business opportunities from green field through to established businesses for Force, both within existing customers and with new customers
Seek to enhance internal processes, using collaboration skills to solve problems and identify improvement areas within the team
Additional Responsibilities & Focus Areas:
Monthly Brand Ambassador & Merchandising Support – JB Hi-Fi:
Drive in store brand presence and execution through regular merchandising activities and ambassador engagement at JB Hi-Fi locations
Monthly Brand Ambassador Engagement – Telco Channel (Vodafone):
Support the Vodafone retail channel with consistent brand ambassador visits to ensure frontline staff are informed, engaged, and aligned with key messaging
Quarterly Regional Travel:
Regional travel required on a quarterly basis
Key Handset Launch Support & Pre-Order Campaigns:
Play a critical role in major handset launches by supporting marketing and sales efforts to drive pre-orders and maximise launch impact across retail partners
About You:
To excel in this role, you'll bring:
3+ years' experience in a similar industry, and account management or sales role
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Advanced analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
An ability to successfully multitask under pressure and effectively meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office programs
