Your Next Role
As a Machine Operator / Maintainer, you will be responsible for operating automated bagging machinery, loading film rolls, adjusting heat sealing, and ensuring consistent product quality. You'll manage materials using a forklift and front‐end loader.
* Operate automated bagging machinery, including loading film rolls and running products through the line
* Adjust and test heat sealing to ensure quality output
* Identify and remove non-conforming bags to maintain production standards
* Move materials and pallets safely using Forklift and Front‐End Loader
* Perform machinery changeovers and complete pre‐start checks
* Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas
* Recycle and manage waste products in line with company procedures

* Strong communication skills and able to work effectively with team members and across departments
* Flexible, proactive, and adaptable with a positive, can‐do attitude
* Thrive under pressure, maintaining focus and efficiency in fast‐paced environments
* Highly organised with excellent time management, able to prioritise tasks effectivelyExceptional attention to detail, ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met
* Current Forklift Licence with safe and confident equipment operation
