Role Summary
We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals to support clients with disabilities in our group homes across the West Pennant Hills area.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strategies to enhance clients' independence, and advocate for their individual needs.
* Deliver personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, manual handling using a variety of equipment and aids.
* Transport clients in wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
* Monitor clients' well-being and report on progress.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated commitment to supporting people with disabilities.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, awake overnights, and weekends.
* Lived experience or experience working with people with disabilities.
* A current NSW driver's license (P2 minimum).
