Construction Project Manager Position
The Construction Project Manager will oversee the construction of allocated projects from start to completion, ensuring effective coordination of all on-site activities. The successful candidate will maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring updates are timely and documented.
The role requires a strong focus on customer service, quality product, and timely progress. Key responsibilities include:

* Oversee high-quality construction delivery in line with contract terms and legislative requirements
* Ensure site readiness, safety, and cleanliness at all stages of construction
* Build strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal teams providing support and feedback
* Monitor and report site incidents, delays, and complete safety audits
* Achieve practical completion signoff by the client within two weeks of practical completion inspection

Key Skills and Qualifications
* Building Trade Certificate or tertiary education in Construction Management
* 5 years' experience within the Residential Project Home Industry
* Strong project management ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers to complete homes expediently
* Considerable knowledge of basic methods, practices, tools, materials, and work standards related to the building of residential homes
* Ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an efficient manner
* Outstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
