Salary: $1,382.80 - $1,941.40 per week

About The Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse in the IBD team, you will deliver high quality, patient-centred care to individuals living with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Your role includes supporting patients through their treatment, providing education, coordinating care, and managing symptoms in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of Gastroenterologists, Dieticians, and Allied Health professionals.
