**Responsibilities** 
- Leadership Experience: With a minimum of 2 years leading and engaging teams, you will excel in delivering exceptional landscape maintenance services. Your proficiency in task delegation, scheduling, and performance optimization will be key to your success. 
- Industry Expertise: Boasting a minimum of 3 years in commercial landscaping and/or high-end residential properties, you will showcase proficiency in a wide range of horticultural practices, plant identification, and soil management. 
- Design Aesthetics: With a keen eye for design aesthetics and a flair for innovative landscaping solutions, you'll bring a unique touch to every project, be it a residential garden, commercial space, or public park. 
- Technical Proficiency: Your ability to operate a variety of landscaping tools and machinery, coupled with expertise in irrigation systems, hardscaping, and sustainable gardening practices, will set you apart. 
- Plant Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of diverse plant species, growth habits, and optimal care requirements, you will ensure the health and vibrancy of the landscapes you oversee. 
- Team Leadership: As a team leader, you'll be committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your experience in training team members in best practices, safety protocols, and the use of advanced landscaping equipment will contribute to the success of our projects.
**Qualifications** 
- Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or Horticulture: Required for consideration. 
- Construction White Card: A mandatory qualification. 
- Working from Height: Preferred, showcasing your commitment to safety. 
- Rope Access: Preferred, demonstrating your versatility and skills in accessing challenging areas.
