Role Overview
As part of this transformative care model, you will:
* Monitor patients' progress and report changes to the multidisciplinary team
* Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date documentation
* Contribute to care planning and patient assessments
* Support activities of daily living and administer medications
About You
You are passionate about patient‐centred care and excited to be part of this innovative model. You are available to work full‐time or part‐time (minimum 0.6 FTE) on a 7‐day rotating roster:
* Morning: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
* Afternoon: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
* Night: 9:30 pm – 7:00 am
Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 8 months experience as an Enrolled Nurse
* Experience in wound care management
* Current CPR certificate
* High attention to detail with a patient‐focused approach
* South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
* Proof of up‐to‐date vaccinations if successful
* Agency experience / experience in an acute care setting (highly regarded)
