Expanding our team requires an individual with the capacity to drive growth across South Australia through strategic sales and relationship building. Key responsibilities will include cultivating a comprehensive understanding of customer practices, identifying opportunities for sales growth, and leveraging marketing segment insights to present value propositions to key buying influencers.
* The successful candidate will achieve agreed sales targets for vascular access products while continually monitoring market trends and strategies for long-term growth.
* They will also establish, implement, and review territory plans incorporating goals and specific actions.
* Additionally, they will foster strong relationships with customers from end-users to C-suite and ensure we meet or exceed expectations through collaborative means.
* Developing expertise in clinical areas such as vascular access by maintaining a deep understanding of customer practices is essential.
* Product demonstrations and validations with prospective customers will be conducted to demonstrate the use and advantages of BD vascular access solutions.
* Market insights encompassing clinical practices, competitive activity, product assessment, and industry trends will be provided to management.
* The ideal candidate will identify and leverage profitable opportunities using sales process discipline in SPI Solution Selling, marketing segment insights, and selling tools including iPad applications, along with Salesforce.com CRM capabilities.
Be prepared to work weekends and beyond regular business hours with potential domestic travel requirements. A valid driver's license is necessary.
