We welcome a qualified part-time enthusiastic Wellbeing Assistant to join our team located in Wallington to support the delivery of meaningful activities to enhance the individual wellbeing and lifestyle needs of our residents.
- Located on the doorstep of the beautiful Surf Coast in Geelong, our aged care residence in _Wallington - Homestead Estate_ - is a modern and vibrant residential aged care home. Central to the lively local community, Homestead Estate proudly offers a comprehensive array of senior care services, catering to the diverse needs of older people seeking quality nursing home and aged care options in the _Geelong and Surf Coast region_._
- TLC Aged Care Homestead Estate has an extensive range of on-site services available making TLC a unique place to live, including a community medical centre, allied health services including a hydrotherapy pool, gym, physiotherapy, dietetics and podiatry, a resident's sports bar and café, and virtual reality cinema._

What you'll be doing
- Support the delivery of lifestyle and wellbeing programs
- Provide one-on-one support for residents
- Review and evaluation of wellbeing care plans and assessments
- Provide an exceptional stakeholder experience
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure residents wellbeing needs are being met
Things that matter to us
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
- NDIS Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
