Responsibilities
:
1. Collect & understand customer needs, market trends and input from across organizationalleadershipto alignproductstrategyandroadmap intheEnergyStoragemarketsegment.
2. Identifying Opportunities, Proposal Preparation for the RFPs, Budgeting and Pricing, Price andContracttermsnegotiationandPost-BidAnalysis.
3. Develop and engage early adopter customer in testing and launching of new Energy Storage productandsolutions.
4. Carry out feasibility studies/business plans for product or service improvement, customizing, re-modelingandnewproduct/sales/servicedevelopment.
5. Assess operational issues regarding competitiveness, staying current in terms of trends, innovationsand pricing while staying up to date with external and internal developments in the environment foridentifyingnewmarketsegments.
6. Align with internal development and delivery team or external supplier to ensure consistency inproduct and schedule expectation.Conduct and participate in midterm and final product designreview toassessproductquality.
7. Workwithfieldmarketingandsales team inmanagingproduct launchprocess.
Requirements:
8. Minimum5year’experience inEnergyStorage,Windandsolarindustry
9. Proventrackrecordofbusinessdevelopmentexperience
10. Confident with decision making in regards to determining Product guidelines, purpose, followingthroughandcompletion
11. Understandingof financialreportsincludingbudgetary guidelines andProduct expenditures
12. EntrepreneurialbackgroundinaSalescapacity
13. Can-dopersonality,competitiveanddriven.
14. Excellentinterpersonalrelationsanddemonstratedabilitytoworkwithotherseffectivelyin teams.
15. High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles,reasons,orfacts.
16. Self-motivatedandable toworkindependentlyandproactivelywithoutsupervision.
17. Excellentorganizational,strategic,planningandimplementingskills.
18. Abilityto travelasrequired–expectedtravelrequirementapp.50-60%.
