Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
* Assist customers with product knowledge and parts enquiries.
* Handle incoming and outgoing freight and parts logistics.
* Deal with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
Skills & Experience
* Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
* Spare parts or mechanical experience preferred (but not essential).
* Forklift ticket preferred but not essential.
