Permanent full time position available in Newington location, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

The Role:
Reporting to the Contract Administration Team Leader and Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the management and delivery of maintenance contracts and the preparation of client reports.
Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the Contract Managers
* Assisting in the preparation of contract proposals, presentations and monthly reports
* Creating warranty contracts
* Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
* Assisting in coordinating contract management requirements, including labour requirements for quoted work, timelines for subcontractors, parts delivery etc
* Assisting in maintaining a list of accredited suppliers, insurance certificates and contact details
* Managing shared boxes and the customer portal
* Adhoc administration duties as requested by management
About YOU
* Minimum of 2-3 years' of strong administration experience is essential
* Experience in a similar role is highly regarded and previous experience in the building services industry an advantage
* High level of written and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and are self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude
* An intermediate to advanced level of MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access and knowledge of Great Plains will be highly regarded.
