Job Title: Regulatory Service Officer
The Regulatory Service Officer plays a vital role in supporting the Manager, Team Coordinators, Inspectors, and project teams by providing administrative assistance.
This includes coordinating meetings, processing motor vehicle run sheets, reconciling corporate expenditure, managing accountable books, making travel arrangements, and reporting on key metrics.
In addition, the officer will be responsible for coordinating events, information sessions, and workshops to engage with stakeholders and communicate important updates.
Record keeping is essential in this role, ensuring that all documents and data are maintained in accordance with current policies and procedures. The officer must also adhere to confidentiality and privacy requirements at all times.
Maintenance of office equipment and supplies, PPE inventory, and facility maintenance are also key responsibilities.
Experience in providing a range of administrative support services with competing priorities is required, as well as the ability to work independently without direction and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating small-scale events, including travel bookings, and an understanding of routine financial processes, such as raising purchase orders, processing invoices using SAP, and managing corporate credit cards and expenses.
