**Job Opportunity:** Controls Assurance Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Controls Assurance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact and be part of a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking and Wealth Management.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring WPB's controls assurance framework, requiring high attention to detail, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. You will also support the business by conducting reviews, monitoring the controls assurance program, and testing the effectiveness of the control environment across IWPB.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant discipline, with relevant experience in business controls, audit (internal or external), or controls advisory. They will also possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with competing and conflicting priorities.
