This role involves working on a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and sleepovers.

Key Responsibilities

* Support individuals to return to the community and live independently
">
* Engage clients using evidence-based interventions and trauma-informed care
">
* Plan and deliver group programs to support recovery and skill-building
">
* Support families and carers with education, information, and referrals
">
* Collaborate with community services to ensure coordinated and integrated support
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">
The successful candidate will require:
">
Tertiary qualifications in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or other health-related field
">
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
">
Experience working with people with mental health challenges and complex needs
">
Proven capability to implement therapeutic frameworks and practices
