The Role
As the Planning Manager at AgeMate, you will play a critical role in owning and shaping our planning and inventory capability across all regions.
You will develop and lead the planning process that converts demand inputs into supply and inventory outcomes, ensuring plans support growth, service levels, and cashflow. You will partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to drive aligned decision making as the business scales.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast paced eCommerce environment, enjoys optimising planning to drive the business, and is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.

About You
You live and breathe planning and genuinely enjoy turning data into clear commercial outcomes. You get deep into the numbers, understand the financial impact behind planning decisions, and can explain inventory, cashflow, and trade offs in a way that makes CFOs half jokingly ask whether you want to join the finance team.
You are a trusted partner to Marketing. They can bounce ideas and growth plans without friction, knowing you will help translate ambition into executable supply and inventory plans rather than slow things down.
You are proactive by nature and have a strong understanding of Operations. You identify out of stock risks, capacity constraints, and inventory imbalances well before they become problems, and you bring practical solutions long before issues impact customers.
You can move easily between a big picture view and the detail, diagnosing problems at a high level for senior discussions, then diving deep into the data to uncover root causes and provide clear, actionable insights.
You enjoy building structure without overengineering, setting clear accountability, and owning planning outcomes end to end. You thrive in growing businesses where priorities evolve, ambiguity exists, and your impact is visible.

* Act as the planning point of contact across Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service, providing clear recommendations and trade offs to enable aligned decision making
Team and Capability Development
* Build and maintain a roadmap for team structure, coaching, and system capability development as the business scales
Planning and Forecasting
* Facilitate and improve the monthly planning rhythm that converts demand inputs into clear, executable supply and inventory plans
Inventory Management
* Own global inventory performance, balancing availability, inventory value, and cashflow by proactively identifying risks and driving solutions
Supply and Capacity Planning
* Lead supply, production, and 3PL capacity planning to support growth and service levels
Governance and Reporting
* Maintain planning data integrity and reporting across systems, improving tools and processes as the business scales

Preferred Background and Experience Background
* Experience across demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management
* Hands on exposure to eCommerce environments, ideally within a fast growing or scaling business
* Familiarity with Meta Facebook marketing driven demand, including how spend, CAC, MER, retention influence forecasts
* Track record of supporting or leading formal planning processes involving senior leaders and cross functional teams
* Exposure to multi market supply chains and regional planning complexity
Skills
* Advanced Excel capability with the ability to analyse data, build models, and solve complex problems
* Strong commercial acumen, able to connect planning decisions to revenue, cashflow, and customer outcomes
* Ability to communicate clearly at both a high level for senior stakeholders and a detailed level when working through issues
* Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and align Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service
* Highly detail oriented with a structured, logical approach to problem solving
