Venue Manager Position
Guru Brothers Food And Wine Merchant Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Venue Managers to join our hospitality group across Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support front-of-house teams during service
* Maintain high customer service and presentation standards
* Oversee daily venue operations across all departments
* Assist with staff training, rostering, and development
* Manage stock control, ordering, and compliance obligations
* Handle cash procedures, reporting, and opening/closing duties
* Use RMS and Little Hotelier accommodation booking systems
* Coordinate and manage events
* Work closely with senior management to achieve venue targets
* Monitor profit and loss statements, financial performance, and operational key performance indicators
Requirements:
* Minimum of five years' hospitality management experience
* Strong leadership skills and a steady operational approach
* Strong communication and community-building ability
* Availability for a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
