About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide both strategic direction and hands‐on operational leadership within professional services. You will oversee financial performance, people and culture, governance, client experience, and organisational growth initiatives including potential mergers, acquisitions and possible new site development.
Working closely with senior leaders to deliver strong performance outcomes, you will ensure operational excellence, develop talent, and maintain the company's reputation for professionalism and service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead strategic and operational planning aligned to business goals
* Oversee financial management including budgeting, cashflow and reporting
* Strengthen culture, leadership capability and workforce performance
* Drive market share, profitability and client experience outcomes
* Lead governance, compliance, risk management and operational policies
* Support recruitment, onboarding, training and talent development
* Build and maintain partnerships and alliances that support growth and innovation
* Guide potential mergers, acquisitions, site feasibility and expansion projects
* Represent the organisation as required and model company values and behaviours
Experience & Credentials
* 3+ years' experience in senior management or executive leadership
* Strong track record in strategy, execution and commercial results
* Sound understanding of fiscal management and business finance
* Leadership capability that inspires trust, confidence and high performance
* Excellent communication, negotiation, resilience and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to adopt new technologies and drive efficiency
* Current Driver Licence
