About The Role
As a key member of the Engineering Unit, you'll lead the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across the Shire. You will be responsible for:
* Planning, contract management, and supervision of civil projects ($500k - $2m)
* Scoping and reporting on future infrastructure initiatives
* Developing and reviewing project design briefs
* Managing the end-to-end tender process
* Coordinating project approvals and permits
About You
You are a registered civil engineer with a passion for community-focused project delivery. You'll bring:
* Civil engineering registration (RPEng) in the State of Victoria
* Experience in supervising staff or contractors
* Strong skills assessing civil design, procurement, construction, and contract administration
* Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
* A detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to quality outcomes
* Full Australian working rights
