ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for experienced Automotive Mechanics and Technicians. Working as part of a highly skilled team in this rapid repair environment, the day to day duties of this role include inspecting and performing vehicle repair and light mechanical work.
* SALARY: Between $80k - $110k+ plus super
* HOURS: Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 3pm (40 hours per week)
* LOCATIONS: Richmond (3121), Moorabbin (3189), Port Melbourne (3207), Preston (3071), Derrimut (3026), Campbellfield (3061), Knoxfield (3180), Bayswater (3153), Hallam and Seaford (3198)
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
* Automotive mechanical and technical aptitude
* Interest in the automotive industry
* Willingness to learn
* Dedicated and highly motivated
TASKS MAY INCLUDE:
* Checking parts, reviewing damage and fixing work in accordance with service manuals and operating procedures
* Diagnosing and testing parts with the assistance of computers
* Repair, maintaining and testing motor vehicle components
* Dismantling and disassembling vehicle engine components including (but not limited to) engine, transmissions and other areas
* Performing restorative and maintenance services both electrical and
* Reassembling engines, parts and panels after repairs
