Greentech Newcastle is looking for a new Internal Sales Administrator to join our vibrant and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and outstanding customer service to our diverse and extensive customer base. Full time role, based in Beresfield, NSW.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, managing customer inquiries and ensuring timely, accurate information.
* Order Management: Process orders from quotation to final delivery, monitoring status and ensuring smooth fulfillment.
* Internal Coordination: Liaise with sales, logistics, production, and customer service teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Sales Administration: Maintain CRM systems, track leads and generate sales documentation.
* Project Management: Assist in coordinating sales-related projects, ensuring timelines are met and challenges are resolved proactively.
What you'll need to succeed
* Analytical Thinker: Approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset, helping to streamline sales and administrative processes.
* Attention to Detail: Ensure all quotes, orders, and data entries are accurate, supporting smooth operations for the sales team.
* Efficiency & Precision: Manage tasks quickly and effectively, maintaining high standards while meeting tight deadlines.
* Technical & Administrative Skills: Proficient in Excel and experienced in processing orders, managing schedules, and maintaining CRM accuracy.
* Organisation & Prioritisation: Stay on top of multiple tasks, ensuring the sales team has what they need to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Working Rights: Have full Australian working rights with no restrictions – Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident (sponsorship not offered).
