We are currently seeking candidates with internal talent acquisition experience to support a number of clients across Adelaide. This role will play a critical part in end-end recruitment sourcing and securing top talent to support the company's ambitious growth plans.
What you\'ll be doing
* Partnering with hiring managers to identify and define their talent needs
* Developing and executing effective end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates
* Screening and assessing applicants to identify the best-fit candidates
* Coordinating the interview and selection process
* Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms
* Maintaining a talent pipeline to support the company\'s ongoing recruitment requirements
* Providing regular recruitment activity reporting and analytics
* Continuously researching and implementing innovative sourcing techniques
What we\'re looking for
* 3-5 years\' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and securing high-calibre candidates
* Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Passion for talent management and a keen interest in the latest HR trends
* Australian work rights are required.
