Our Cadillac department, based at our Port Melbourne Head Office, offers a unique opportunity for an experienced automotive sales consultant to join our team. As a Cadillac Sales Consultant/Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in representing and expanding Cadillac's presence in Australia and New Zealand.You will join General Motors during an exciting growth phase, establishing the Cadillac brand and all-electric portfolio across the region.Your responsibilities include implementing Cadillac’s customer engagement strategies, guiding customers through their educational and purchasing journey, managing leads efficiently, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Your primary goal is to drive sales of Cadillac EVs by providing a confident, pressure-free, and exceptional customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support, aligning with Cadillac’s mission to redefine the luxury automotive buying experience.Responsibilities include:Greeting visitors warmly and assessing their needs confidently and without pressure.Providing detailed information about Cadillac products, including features, options, specifications, and technology.Presenting vehicle features, advantages, and capabilities to potential buyers.Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.Assisting customers in selecting vehicles based on their requirements and budget.Building and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the sales process and beyond.Acting as the primary contact for inquiries and issue resolution.Participating in Cadillac training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.Providing exceptional service at every touchpoint to exceed customer expectations.Representing Cadillac professionally and positively.Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.Continuously improving sales skills and customer experience techniques through training and development.Collaborating with leadership and departments like finance, service, distribution, and marketing for seamless customer experiences.This is an 18-month contract with the possibility of permanency, working five days a week.About You:Proven experience in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
