* Maintain a centralized library of templates, project case studies, and past submissions.
* Coordinate the full lifecycle of proposal development, from initial planning and content gathering to formatting, reviewing, and submitting proposals on time.
* Provide strong administrative and coordination support to ensure the execution of proposals is efficient and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and coordinate high-quality proposals and tender submissions.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and resources.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in proposals, administrative, business development, or a similar role.
* Experience in developing and coordinating high-quality proposals and tender submissions.
* High level of proficiency with document development software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
* Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.
