Key Role in Guest Service
This is a vital role responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be energetic and sincere over the phone, and have basic computer skills.
The role requires working varying shifts, including overnights and weekends. The Guest Service Officer will also oversee key administration tasks to support the overall Rooms Division.
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in providing customer service and who can convey a smile over the phone. If you have an amazing personality, basic computer skills, and are available to work a rotating roster, we want to hear from you.
