Job Title: Service Design Specialist
At a leading IT services provider, we are seeking an experienced Service Design Specialist to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in ITIL 4-based Service Design, particularly in complex, federated or multi-vendor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end service design artefacts, ensuring alignment with Department strategies, governance frameworks, and operational standards.
- Provide subject-matter expertise to support the Department in developing Service Design strategies, policies, and design standards.
- Operate the end-to-end Service Design service in accordance with approved processes, standards, and governance arrangements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design integrated, supportable, governable services that meet business goals and security requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of SIAM, multi-provider operating models, and service integration principles.
- Experience leading cross-provider service design working groups, workshops, and governance forums.
- Advanced proficiency with Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and CMDB structures.
- Proven ability to translate business goals, security requirements, and operational constraints into structured service designs.
