 
        
        Corporate and Foreign Investment Group is seeking an APS5 Property and Logistics Analyst. 
The APS5 Property and Logistics Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operational requirements and undertakes a range of activities which may include: 
Manage sub-contractors and the outsourced services provider contract, including performance management against KPIs and service level standards, and manage facilities requests logged with the property services providers helpdesk. 
Commitment to client services and highly developed interpersonal skills to build relationships, particularly with outsourced provider. 
Provide technical knowledge in specialist areas of property and facilities management functions and an ability to provide technical advice to the Operations Manager. 
Provide input to strategic direction for operational delivery of facilities services and ability to develop and maintain asset/facilities management plans and programs. 
Courier deliveries as and when required 
Other duties as directed. 
Desirable Qualifications/Experience: 
Valid Australian drivers' licence 
Previous experience in a property related area desirable. 
Eligibility 
Employees of the Treasury are required to be Australian citizens and must hold a current security clearance or successfully complete a clearance prior to commencement.
