Melbourne Closing date: 07/06/2026 Long term career opportunity in a leading agribusiness Key logistics role Located St. Kilda, Melbourne About the role Bunge is seeking a Bulk Shipping Officer to join our team to support the coordination and execution of our bulk shipping program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their logistics or commodities career to gain exposure across trading, shipping, and supply chain operations. In this role, you will work closely with internal trading teams, bulk handlers and external stakeholders to ensure shipments are executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with port protocols. Duties Coordinate shipping slots and support execution of the trading bulk shipping program Allocate stock to shipments and liaise with Trading and bulk handler logistics teams Maintain and update the shipping program, ensuring accuracy across all systems and portals Monitor shipment execution, proactively resolving issues to meet operational timelines Manage shipping documentation, reconciliations, invoicing approvals, and cost accruals Prepare regular reporting including shipping capacity, futures requirements, and month-end inputs Support supply and demand analysis and provide insights to Trading and Finance teams Promote a strong safety culture and collaborate effectively across the Logistics team About you Previous experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or bulk commodities (highly regarded) Strong administrative and data entry skills with high attention to detail Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets and logistics platforms Strong organisational and time management skills Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset About us Bunge connects farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
