1. Metal Polisher
Role Overview
We are seeking a Metal Polisher to deliver polished, high-quality finishes on bullbars, bumpers, and aluminium components. You will be a key part of ensuring our products meet Kentweld's premium standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Polish and finish heavy-duty bullbars, bumpers, and aluminium components.
* Prepare surfaces via sanding, buffing, grinding, and other polishing techniques.
* Inspect and clean finished products to ensure quality standards.
* Collaborate with teams to meet daily production targets.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in metal polishing or finishing (preferred but not essential).
* Minimum 1+ years of experience in metal polishing or finishing is required.
* Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
* Ability to work physically in a workshop environment.
* Safety-conscious, reliable, and a team player.

2. Aluminium Fabricator
Role Overview
We are also seeking an Aluminium Fabricator to cut, bend, assemble, and weld aluminium components for bullbars and related heavy vehicle accessories. This is a hands-on role in our busy fabrication workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
* Measure, cut, and fabricate aluminium components to precise specifications.
* Assemble and weld aluminium bullbars, bumpers, tanks, and accessories.
* Interpret technical drawings and ensure all work meets quality standards.
* Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and safety standards.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous aluminium fabrication or welding experience (TIG/MIG welding advantageous).
* Minimum 1+ years of experience in aluminium fabrication or welding is required.
Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Physically capable of handling workshop duties and heavy materials.
