About the Role
We are looking for a Rewards Partnerships Manager to help grow the TradePoints reward catalogue by sourcing and securing companies that want to offer their products or services as rewards on the platform. This is a hands‐on role focused on outreach, relationship building, and closing partnership deals. You will be responsible for identifying potential reward partners, reaching out to companies, pitching the TradePoints platform, negotiating reward agreements, and helping bring those rewards live on the platform. You will work closely with the founding team and play a key role in shaping the value of the TradePoints ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential reward partners across trading, fintech, technology, and lifestyle brands
* Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and direct introductions
* Present TradePoints as a platform for brands to reach and engage with traders
* Negotiate reward agreements and partnership structures
* Coordinate with the internal team to onboard and launch new rewards on the platform
* Manage ongoing relationships with reward partners and identify opportunities to expand partnerships
* Continuously improve and expand the TradePoints reward catalogue
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable with outreach and initiating conversations with companies
* Confident negotiating deals and building partnerships
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously
* Interest in startups, fintech, trading, or technology
* Experience in business development, partnerships, SaaS sales, affiliate marketing, or similar roles is highly valued but not essential
