We are seeking a motivated, professional and experienced Assistant Director (2IC) to join our leadership team and work closely with the Centre Director to strengthen our service as we continue to grow.
This role suits an experienced Assistant Director looking for a new challenge, or a strong senior educator ready to step confidently into a leadership position with the support of an experienced management team.

About the Role As Assistant Director, you will work side-by-side with the Centre Director to support the daily operations of the service while actively leading practice, compliance and team culture.
You will also work in ratio on the floor when required, providing hands-on support to ensure smooth operations, strong team consistency and continued delivery of high-quality practice.
