**Description**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a professional, organised and customer focused Integrated Services Manager to be based at the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre on the Gold Coast.
You will oversee and manage the operations of the cleaning, security, maintenance and customer service teams and deliver an exceptionally high level of service.
What you will be doing
- Oversee the management of company operations in cleaning, security, customer service and maintenance for our site
- Meet our contractual obligations and delight our customers by exceeding their expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in regular meetings with the Client and Stakeholders to report on performance related KPI's and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and collaborate with all stakeholders
- Provide strong leadership, coaching, mentoring and inspiration to your teams to deliver the Assetlink Way
- Identify opportunities to provide innovation and value-add for the client
- Oversee all financials/budget and control the P&L
- Identify any problem areas and develop, implement, and monitor appropriate strategies to address issues
- Undertake staff training and ensure leadership and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements
**Skills and Experiences**:
You will have
- Facilities management experience and a background within a retail or commercial environment
- Cleaning industry experience - ideal
- Experience in managing large and diverse teams, performance management and employee relations experience
- Demonstrated Client relationship management experience with strong influencing skills and the ability to deal with issues proactively
- Ability to work flexible hours to support your team and the client
- Strong financial / business acumen to deliver the P&L results
- Passion and commitment to deliver customer service to the highest standard - a Service Excellence focus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - written and verbal
- Competent computer skills and exceptional attention to detail - essential
- Familiar with OHS practices and legislation
- Fully vaccinated in COVID-19
