About the Role
The successful candidate will provide expert technical support for our air conditioning products across multiple markets.
This role requires excellent communication skills, time management abilities and significant experience in service, repair and diagnostics within the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance via various communication channels.
* Support service agents with spare part selection and commissioning assistance.
* Participate in site visits ensuring all projects are completed efficiently.
* Manage warranty claim orders.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in HVAC including Certificate 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
* Current refrigerant handling license and restricted electrical license.
* Significant experience in service, repair, and diagnostics within the HVAC industry.
* Exceptional communication and time management abilities.
