**About the Role**
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Dulux Trade Centre based at Osborne Park, WA. This role will involve working closely with the Store Manager, focusing on the day-to-day operations of the store. You will play a critical role in representing the Dulux brand whilst leading an enthusiastic small team. You will also be responsible for:
**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining and ordering stock
- Store opening and closing
- Banking procedures and displaying expert leadership within your team
- Strong customer service focus, particularly on stock availability, tinting and invoice accuracy
- This role will require you to step up and manage the store in the absence of the store manager

**Skills & Experience**
You will be a leader who will lead by example and able to drive engagement with your people through our values. You are able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products in store. In addition, you will bring to the role:
- Possess a passion for customer service
- Have the ability to communicate clearly with customers
- Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues
- Have demonstrated experience in a customer service role
- Retail and/or Trade sales experience desirable
