About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Caretaker to join the team.
This role will look after general grounds and maintenance duties across the Holiday Park, ensuring that fantastic service is provided to all guests and residents.
This position is casual over Monday and Tuesdays, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.
Responsibilities
* Attend to matters outside of office including but not limited to noise complaints, supplying linen, washing tokens, change for games room, replacing light bulbs/heaters/kettles, electricity faults/safety switches and key to BBQ
* Jump in to support with cleaning duties across cabins, amenities, and common areas
* Keep housekeeping and maintenance updated when rooms have been vacated, or when residents or guests need support
* Keep the park safe and secure with regular walk-arounds, lock-ups, and after-hours pool checks
* Be the friendly voice after hours, manage the night phone and assist with late check-ins when needed
About You
* Friendly, proactive, and always ready to go the extra mile for guests and residents
* Confident communicator who's great with people and loves being part of a team
* Organised and reliable, with a knack for staying on top of tasks
* Comfortable using computers and handling admin with ease
* Full 'C' Class Driver's Licence are required
