We are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer to join our dynamic team in Orange, New South Wales. Key Responsibilities
Advising clients on a broad range of property law matters, including residential, rural, and commercial conveyancing, water licensing, leases, and advising SMSF trustees regarding bare trusts and transfers back to SMSF trustees.
Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents relating to property transactions.
Corresponding with clients, other parties, banks, and third parties from initial contact through to settlement.
Managing PEXA workspaces.
Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with relevant legislative changes.
Working collegiately alongside our team of property lawyers and paralegals
About You
Admitted as a solicitor in NSW and holding a current practicing certificate, or qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in NSW.
Minimum of three years' post-admission/qualification experience.
Demonstrated experience in managing property transactions.
