Commercial Finance Leader
The Commercial Manager role is a key position within our organization, requiring a leader to partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business to provide timely and accurate financial insights.
As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities on a timely basis, managing business case preparation, and conducting post-implementation reviews. You will engage with senior stakeholders, lead the operational financial reporting process, identify and implement areas of financial process improvement within relevant business areas, and collaborate with the broader Commercial team to form an integrated view of business performance.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities on a timely basis.
* Manage business case preparation, financial analysis to support projects and conduct post-implementation reviews.
* Engage with senior stakeholders.
* Lead the operational financial reporting process.
* Identify and implement areas of financial process improvement within relevant business areas.
* Collaborate and work closely with the broader Commercial team to form an integrated view of business performance.
* Successful Candidate Will Have:
* Minimum 6 years' experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated experience in a commercial role covering performance insights and business planning and budgeting.
* Experience in financial evaluation of projects and initiatives and the preparation of formal business cases.
* Demonstrated ability to provide value-added commercial and business advice to senior management.
* CA or CPA qualified.
